HURRAY! HURRAY!! THE RAIN HAS STOPPED TODAY, THE SUN IS SHINNING AND THE TEMPERATURE IS PERFECT TO GO AND PLAY OUTSIDE WITH ZAK. SINCE ALL WE HAVE AT OUR HOUSE FOR NOW IS DIRT, WE OCCASIONALLY COME TO MY MOM AND DADS SO ZAK CAN SWING ON THE SWING, AND JUMP ON THE TRAMP, EAT GOOSSBERRIES, AND HAVE GRASS TO THROW HIS SHOES OFF AND RUN.

TODAY I TOOK ZAKERY TO THE DITCH THAT I GREW UP SWIMMING IN WITH ALL THE NEIGHBOR KIDS. HE THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY NEAT, IT HAD A BRIDGE AND EVERYTHING. THOUGH LOOKING AT IT NOW I CANT BELIEVE MY MOM LET US SWIM IN IT. WOULD I LET ZAK...... NOT SURE I COULD. BUT I HAVE TOLD MYSELF MANY TIMES THAT I WOULD NOT BE THAT KIND OF MOM, AND NOT LET MY KIDS DO THE SAME THINGS I DID GROWING UP, JUST BECAUSE IT LOOKS NASTY OR I THINK IT MIGHT BE A LITTLE TO DANGEROUS...... I SURVIVED RIGHT!!!

ALSO ALONG THE DITCH THERE IS A WEED CALLED SNAKE GRASS. WELL WITH THIS SNAKE GRASS YOU CAN MAKE A WISTLE, SO I TAUGHT ZAK TODAY, I GOT THE BIGGEST GRIN. OF COURSE, ITS A LITTLE HARD TO MAKE THE WISTLE WORK HE WAS UNABLE TO DO IT, BUT PUTTING IT IN HIS MOUTH HE DOES HIS OWN LITTLE WISTLE. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN. WE CAME IN GRANDMA'S HOUSE FOR A BIT TO REST AND WE KEPT HEARING A TAP ON THE WINDOW. HE PRETTY YELLOW BIRD KEPT TRYING TO FLY INTO THE WINDOW. ZAK HAD A KICK OUT OF THAT AND SAT AND WATCHED IT AWHILE. THE AMAZING PART IS THAT THE WINDOW IS PRETTY CLEAN!!!!....... HA HA HA SORRY MOM.

BUT WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY TO GET OUT AND BE UPLIFTED WITH THIS NICE WARM WEAHTER.

A couple of weekends ago we went down to Boise to make our mantels for our fireplaces with Kirk and Ashley. Kirks father has a wood working shop that is amazing and he let us work in it and use his wood and tools. He has all kinds of wood there and let us use some walnut to make our mantel for the master bedroom. It turned out so great, we love it. we cant wait to see it up in our new house. We had a lot of fun in Grand View. Zakery and Liv had fun playing together and survying on donuts and fish.

Jolley Family Est. 2003

Luke and I are from the same little town and went to high school together. He was 2 years older than me and was very good friends with my brother Drew. Luke and I didnt even talk to each other in school. It took us to both go to college to find each other. He was studying at Utah State in Logan and I was at the LDS Business College in Salt Lake City. We both often came home for the weekends and i begged my brother to set me up with one of his return missionary friends. Well, it never happend, but Luke decided to ask me out on a date himself i guess, I will never know if my brother had anything to really do with it. HA HA Well, when he called i was not home for the weekend but my folks told me that he had called. So the following week i called him back and invited him and a friend-Chris Jensen to come to my apartment and i would cook them dinner and then sit in the hot tub, they agreed. It was pretty fun that night and from then on we started dating. We dated for only about 3 months and then were in engaged. We were enganged longer than we dated, pretty funny! We waited a little over 2 years and had our first child Zakery
